What Food Products Really Look Like: Weight Watchers Cranberry Turkey Medallions
We give Weight Watchers the prize for longest food product name with: Weight Watchers Smart Ones Fruit Inspirations Cranberry Turkey Medallion! I didn't think it would look much like the picture on the box, but it did - sort of because the vegetables that appear on the box are actually buried on the bottom of the actual product, but I've seen worse. I decided to look through the LONG ingredient list to see if there was any actual "fruit" - and surprisingly, cranberries do make an appearance - I expected only some kind of flavoring. If you're trying to find it, keep reading past modified corn starch ... past vinegar, vegetable oil shortening ... dough conditioners ... you're getting close ... carrots, CRANBERRIES - there. It's only the gazillionth item on the list! Have a picture of a food product that doesn't quite match up to what's shown on the packaging - or even one that does? Then send it to us: tech@food-notes.com
